[Hiring] Software Deployment Specialist @Atlas Data Systems

Role Description

We are seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to support the deployment of an enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS environment within regulated laboratory operations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on:

• Building and deploying Agilent Instrument Controller (AIC) computers
• Completing validation documentation
• Supporting laboratory migrations
• Troubleshooting instrument onboarding and connectivity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using or supporting chromatography data systems and laboratory instrumentation within a regulated environment
• Understanding of laboratory instrument connectivity and software deployment
• Experience completing technical or validation documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively between technical teams and laboratory business users
• Ability to travel to client laboratory locations as needed

Requirements

• Experience supporting Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x and associated laboratory instrumentation
• Experience with IQ/OQ or other regulated-system qualification activities
• Familiarity with JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow
