[Hiring] Site Reliability Engineer Lead @FIS

Role Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Site Reliability Engineer Leads in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and perform analysis for new UI / Services product offering developed internally.

• Interface with the Development organization, Project Managers, Professional Services, Network, Security, and Server OS support teams.
• Manage deployment of Unity and surrounding products on new virtual servers.
• Deploy and maintain Unity in UAT and production, preproduction and test and performance environments.
• Perform open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems.
• Work with analytical problem-solving skills for complex multi-tiered applications.
• Apply ability to troubleshoot through use of wire shark and browser development tools.
• Utilize broad technology knowledge with automation software.
• Perform diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues.
• Perform disaster recovery testing and planning.
• Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience working with SQL Server Database technologies to support tenant database for Decisions workflow and Unity Macrim applications.
• Experience working with IDP / SSO (Identity Provider/Single Sign-On), WAF (Web Application Firewall) to configure external security for the Unity and UFI applications that are exposed to the internet.
• Experience working with Windows Server 2016, 2019 and Windows security.
• Utilizing IIS, Apache (reverse proxy) for support of Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications.
• Experience working with load balanced applications for Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications to support high availability.
• In the alternative, a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills will be accepted.
