[Hiring] ServiceNow Platform Architect @Diverse Lynx LLC

Role Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to define platform strategy, design scalable architectures, and guide customers in platform governance, workflow adoption, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow technical expertise with architectural leadership and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture expertise, including CMDB, CSDM, application development, integrations, security, and instance lifecycle management.
• Deep ITSM knowledge and expertise in at least one additional ServiceNow workflow, such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Experience with solution design, architectural governance, technical debt remediation, platform health, and performance optimization.
• Ability to develop platform strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks, such as TOGAF.
• Understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and Agentic AI, and their alignment with business outcomes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Preferred Certifications: ArchX – Advanced Architecture, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Now Assist Essentials, Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification, and Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification.

Requirements

• Define ServiceNow platform strategy and translate business objectives into scalable architectural solutions.
• Develop platform roadmaps and guide the adoption of ServiceNow workflows and products.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical governance discussions to maintain platform health, security, performance, and upgradeability.
• Identify architectural risks and technical debt, recommend remediation plans, and support risk mitigation.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
• Conduct architectural workshops, communicate design decisions, and demonstrate ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Advise customers on adopting ServiceNow AI capabilities in alignment with their organizational AI strategy and business goals.
