Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the user experience across our documentation and educational properties. This role focuses on improving user success via our:

• Hugo website
• Pathfinder (our interactive in-product learning tool)
• Learning Hub

The Opportunity:

• Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, and traces with Grafana.
• It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software without the overhead of maintaining their own stack.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Expand the external enablement through the Learning Hub.
• Continue development of a first-class documentation site for both human and AI consumers.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on continuously improving the integration of the website and the user-facing product.

Qualifications

• Solid experience (4+ years) with web development technologies and static site generators.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or comfort working with backends written in Golang.
• Experience or comfort working with Kubernetes.
• Strong practice of effective CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of web application security best practices.
