[Hiring] Senior Unity Developer @Talentuch

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help us bring MMO-style wizardry straight into the browser - except instead of dragons and loot boxes, it’s 10,000-player conferences, defense sims, and government training (b2b mmo).

• Experience in large-scale projects and production environments.
• Capable of establishing strong standards for scalability, reliability, error handling, and system design.
• No management or architectural position involved at this time.
• Strong and independent, understands work processes.
• Has worked in a big company for three years (does not have to be the last three years, though it’s best).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Unity experience (C#).
• 3+ years working in a big R&D organization.
• Experience as a Tech Lead.
• Working on a product in a production environment.
• Great English communication skills.
