Role Description

We are looking for a senior software architect with strong engineering taste: someone who has seen enough systems to recognize good patterns, weak abstractions, fragile code, and avoidable complexity early. This is a hands-on architecture role. We need someone who can move with urgency, create clarity from ambiguity, and raise the technical quality of the team without slowing execution down.

What You'll Do

• Shape architecture across commissions, incentives, workflows, integrations, data processing, and customer-facing product systems.
• Turn complex business problems into clean designs, practical trade-offs, and shippable plans.
• Review code and design with strong instincts for correctness, scale, maintainability, and product impact.
• Establish simple, durable engineering patterns that help teams move faster with confidence.
• Mentor engineers through better design decisions, code quality, and technical judgment.
• Orchestrate AI agents effectively, using them to amplify engineering output without blindly submitting to their choices.
