Role Description

As a Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant at Abstrakt Marketing Group, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, scoping, estimating, and delivering advanced Salesforce solutions for clients. This role extends beyond administration and development to include strategic architecture guidance, technical leadership on client engagements, and ensuring that all implementations align with Salesforce best practices.

• Partner closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs) and serve as the technical lead on client calls.
• Guide discovery discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide detailed scopes of work and develop accurate hour estimates to support new business opportunities and expansion efforts.
• Possess deep platform expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Lead technical conversations with executive and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical discovery, scoping, and estimation for client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and level-of-effort estimates.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security model, and integration patterns.
• Experience creating ERDs and formal technical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical resources and ensure best practice delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must hold at least four certifications with at least two of the following certifications:
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect
• Tableau Certification (Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, or Consultant)
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Agentforce Certification
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
