• Build and develop software components and services according to specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Test and debug code to ensure flawless functionality and optimize performance.
• Provide technical support and address user requests promptly.
• Understand the product thoroughly and contribute effectively.
• Honor commitments and deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
• Experience in PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Apps is required.
• Experience in Analytics and AI Automations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of laboratory processes.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office software.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Advanced knowledge of system template or report development.

Requirements

• Location: Fully remote on the East Coast.
• Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
