Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build AI-powered automation tools that transform how teams operate across sales, customer success, and marketing. • Develop end-to-end AI and automation workflows, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Build agentic systems and reusable "skills" that empower GTM teams across Slack, dashboards, and internal apps
• Architect and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and serverless solutions that integrate AI models with business systems
• Design data pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows connecting AI to internal knowledge bases, customer data, and real-time business context
• Identify high-leverage automation opportunities by analyzing operational bottlenecks and developing scalable solutions
• Collaborate with analytics, operations, and systems teams to ensure data accessibility, technical feasibility, and adherence to governance standards
• Implement observability, feedback loops, and performance metrics to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of AI-powered systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend development and systems integration
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/Node.js, with experience building production-ready APIs, microservices, or serverless systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehouse systems (BigQuery preferred), including structuring and querying data for AI workflows
• Experience with authentication patterns, secure API handling, rate limiting, and workflow automation
• Proven ability to deliver AI-powered features used by real teams in production environments
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving projects
• Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
• Bonus: experience with frontend frameworks (React, Slack Block Kit), GTM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), vector databases, workflow automation tools, or prior work in Revenue Operations/AI-driven B2B SaaS environments
