Role Description

You’ll be responsible for building and launching category-defining products that automate and simplify the operations of waste haulers everywhere. You’ll work across the stack, turn ambiguous product feedback into production solutions, and use AI deeply throughout your workflow.

• Change haulers’ lives by building products that solve real operational problems.
• Turn ambiguous product feedback into production-ready solutions.
• Build full-stack applications across the frontend, backend, and data layer.
• Leverage AI agents to dramatically increase your productivity.
• Own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building full-stack web applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong SQL and database design skills, with excellent data modeling skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

• You’re all-in on AI and have deeply integrated it into your engineering workflow.
• We expect 60–80% of the code you write to be generated by AI.
• 40–50% of your design and architecture work to be AI-assisted.
• This means our bar for engineering output is 3–4x higher than pre-AI.
• You thrive in ambiguous, challenging problem spaces and can operate autonomously.
• You derive satisfaction from shipping and creating real customer impact.
