• Experience building and optimizing sophisticated, data-rich web applications involving charts, graphs, complex workflows, and real-time updates.
• Strong understanding of state management, reusable component architecture, component libraries, and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with modern styling frameworks and approaches such as Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of standard UI/UX design principles and modern frontend development standards, with an eye for usability and detail.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Ability to provide examples of past work demonstrating your frontend engineering and product development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex technical and product challenges.
• Self-motivated and comfortable independently owning work while collaborating closely with a broader engineering and cross-functional team.
• Curious about emerging frontend technologies and motivated to evaluate new tools and approaches pragmatically.

Requirements

• Test and optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices and environments.
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and contribute to consistent patterns and standards across our applications.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code while contributing to engineering best practices.
• Work across engineering, product, AI, and other teams to bring ideas from early concepts through implementation and production.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and identify opportunities to improve application performance, architecture, and user experience.
• Stay current on emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry practices, and evaluate new approaches where they can meaningfully improve our products.
