Role Description

AcuityMD is currently looking for Software Engineers to join our growing Application Teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the current product and future product development. You will work with other passionate engineers on complex projects that help bring cutting-edge technologies to patients.

• Join AcuityMD's Application Engineering Team, driving the core of our product by empowering VPs, marketers, sales ops, and sales reps.
• Deliver top-tier solutions for MedTech sales teams to define their markets and identify high-potential opportunities.
• Help shape the future of MedTech sales strategy and performance with data-driven insights and powerful tools.
• Partner with PMs, Designers, and fellow engineers to build end-to-end features across web and mobile.
• Contribute to impactful projects across multiple tech stacks, including JS, React, TS, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, and SQL.

• Collaborate and Lead: Team up with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and more to shape solutions to interesting real-world challenges.
• Build What Matters: Develop key features and workflows for our products that will change the lives of patients waiting for the latest medical tech.
• Data-Driven: Use data insights to identify product enhancements, smooth out performance issues, and discover new opportunities.

• Explore and Innovate: Use your experience to find new tools and technologies that enhance our scale.
• Mentor and Inspire: Share your knowledge with up-and-coming engineers, helping them grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer working in the product domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Obsessed about customer needs and working in a fast-paced environment where driving impact is essential.
• Full stack proficiency with technologies like TS, React, NodeJs, GQL, Postgres or other relational DBs, BigQuery, and other Google Cloud services.
• Curious mind and enjoy learning about and working with the latest technologies and agentic tools.
• Team player that leads with empathy and leads by example.
• Nice to have: experience building agentic experiences (tool use/function calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or similar).
• You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Requirements

• Compensation based on multiple factors such as location, role’s scope and complexity, and candidate’s experience and expertise.
• Salary Range: 155k-215k for Senior Software Engineer 1, 175k-250k for Senior Software Engineer 2.
