Role Description

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to create and evaluate AI coding tasks involving:

• Bug fixing
• Feature development
• Code refactoring
• Performance optimization

No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in at least one listed programming language.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and software engineering.
• Experience with debugging, feature development, refactoring, and optimization.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
