Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to take technical ownership of key product areas. You'll mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and ship high-quality code in a fully remote environment.

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable software systems
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions
• Review code and provide constructive mentorship to junior engineers
• Drive improvements in engineering processes and tooling
• Collaborate with product and design across the full development lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend or full-stack languages
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent English communication skills
• Track record of delivering complex features in fast-moving teams
