Role Description

• Design and deliver scalable, highly available, and resilient services and systems.
• Own and develop end-to-end technical solutions that meet product requirements and user needs.
• Contribute to code and design reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant solutions.
• Drive innovation by identifying and proposing new technologies, tools, and process improvements.
• Develop deep domain expertise in the Lending business to inform architectural and product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, operations, business, legal, and compliance teams to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working effectively across distributed teams and offices.
• Mentor other members of the team and help foster a learning environment within the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related quantitative field.
• 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
