Role Description

Podium is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Brazil who is eager to make a real impact. We like to say we have “Sangue nos olhos” when it comes to helping our customers win, and we’re looking for engineers who share that same passion.

As part of Podium’s Automotive team, you’ll engineer scalable systems that modernize how dealerships and service centers communicate, transact, and grow. This team is building the next generation of AI-driven tools — from intelligent messaging and workflow automation to seamless integrations with dealer management systems. You’ll help craft high-performance, reliable software that transforms fragmented customer journeys into unified, data-driven experiences that power real business results.

• Developing and maintaining robust, scalable systems that have a direct impact on the success of our products and the businesses we serve, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages.
• A passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of large-scale systems.
• Proven ability to innovate and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions that shape the direction of a product.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams to create and refine AI solutions.
• A passion for pushing the envelope on AI technology and driving continuous improvement.
