[Hiring] Senior ServiceNow Developer @Elastic

Role Description

Join our ServiceNow Engineering Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business goals. What You Will Be Doing

• Design and build across the platform - Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP and help shape how ServiceNow exposes its data and actions to other systems.
• Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production - configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.
• Own the quality on your work: code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets and smooth family upgrades every year.
• Document what you build so the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building on ServiceNow
• Solid JavaScript, plus real fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on integration and automation experience - REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth.
• Experience in ITSM plus at least one more module: HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Experience with Moveworks and Now Assist is a huge PLUS.

Requirements

• Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
• The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $101,900 — $151,900 CAD.
• An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
• This role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
• Our total rewards package includes a company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
