Preferred by Nature is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and support our global teams. You will ensure the platform is strategically aligned with business needs, technically robust, and positioned to scale with organisational growth. Working across departments, you will improve data quality, implement automation, strengthen governance, and enable teams to make better decisions through reliable systems and reporting. This role is central to strengthening our digital infrastructure in ways that support people, nature, and the climate.

Working with us is never routine so the first year you can expect the following areas to be central to your work:

• Own day to day Salesforce administration, governance, and platform stability
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and user experience across departments
• Design and implement scalable automation using Flow and declarative solutions
• Manage integrations and connected applications across the technology landscape
• Develop platform documentation and strengthen user enablement and adoption
• Contribute to roadmap planning, release management, and platform optimisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions

Your first year with us:

• Within three months, you will:
  • Develop a strong understanding of Preferred by Nature’s Salesforce environment and business processes
  • Assess platform architecture, data quality, and integrations to identify quick improvements
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and address priority operational needs
• Within six months, you will:
  • Implement improvements to governance, reporting, and platform usability
  • Deliver scalable automation using Flow and declarative solutions
  • Establish release management practices and improve system documentation
• Within one year, you will:
  • Take strategic ownership of Salesforce platform roadmap
  • Implement scalable architecture improvements and governance framework
  • Drive adoption and continuous platform optimisation across the organisation

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of hands on Salesforce Administration experience
• Bring strong experience with Flow automation and declarative solution design
• Understand Salesforce security models, data governance, and reporting frameworks
• Have experience gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Possess strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Are organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Requirements

• Have experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms
• Are familiar with Certinia or customer portals
• Have knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
• Have experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Have experience mentoring junior administrators or governance initiatives
