Role Description

This role involves becoming the in-house mobile authority at Package.ai, focusing on the development and optimization of React Native apps.

• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our React Native apps
• Build reliable, offline-first experiences that survive even the worst Wi-Fi
• Tackle advanced sync optimization challenges
• Own the full lifecycle - from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and release management
• Work closely with our founders and engineering team as the go-to mobile expert
• Continuously research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to enhance app performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in React Native development
• Proven experience designing and implementing offline-first apps and sync architectures
• Strong familiarity with mobile build, testing, and deployment pipeline
• A sharp eye for mobile UX and design details
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
