Role Description

As a Senior Professional C#/.NET Developer, Medicaid Systems at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. • Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs for Provider Portal
• Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
• Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project manager in assigning tasks and working closely with a team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
• Develop unit test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
• Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Application and UI development experience using .NET, C#, SQL Server, SQL, and Oracle.
• 6+ years of experience supporting all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong technical expertise in C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and web service development.
• Experience with Healthcare Systems is preferred, including interChange MMIS, Medicaid Provider Enrollment, and Gainwell Healthcare Portal v4.2.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
