Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Backend Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo, we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation, delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds, billions of transactions per second throughput, and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will own the planetary-scale backend that powers Autheo’s entire stack:

• Layer 0/1 state
• 200 GB/s encrypted DePIN flows
• Cross-chain finality
• Private AI routing
• Sovereign dApp orchestration

All through a unified GraphQL + gRPC API layer hitting 10B+ RPS at sub-1 ms p99 while staying fully post-quantum encrypted and zero-knowledge authorized.

This is the backend that finally replaces AWS/GCP and every Web3 RPC with formal verification, autoscaling, and built-in regulatory compliance baked into the request path. You’ll ship alongside cryptographers, consensus researchers, WASM runtime leads, TEE engineers, and DePIN architects to build the unbreakable service mesh that will route the next trillion dollars of sovereign value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years shipping 1B+ RPS backends in Rust, Go, or C++
• Multiple GraphQL Federation + gRPC gateways launched at 100M+ DAU scale
• Hands-on post-quantum crypto (Kyber, Dilithium) and ZK middleware integration
• Expert in async runtimes, service mesh, exactly-once semantics, formal verification

Requirements

• Build GraphQL Federation + gRPC gateways sustaining 10B+ RPS at sub-1 ms p99 (Rust/Seastar hot paths)
• Ship AI-driven routing & sharding engines (>98 % optimal placement across 5,000+ services)
• Deploy post-quantum service mesh (Kyber + Dilithium) with <8 μs overhead and 30 s rotation
• Implement zero-knowledge authorization middleware (no metadata leakage)
• Deliver exactly-once Kafka/Raft backbone for 100B+ events/day
• Launch cross-chain finality APIs at 5M+ TPS with Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, Autheo L1
• Federate data layer (CockroachDB/TiDB/ScyllaDB/Trino) with 20 μs queries + auto geo-fencing
• Embed differential privacy (ε ≤ 0.5) + zk-proof audit trails in every response
• Enable zero-downtime upgrades across 10,000+ microservices via on-chain registry
• Ship type-safe SDKs and one-click endpoint deployment (<3 min)
