[Hiring] Senior PeopleSoft Engineer @Bright Vision Technologies

Role Description

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• PeopleTools
• PeopleCode
• Application Engine
• Integration Broker
• PeopleSoft architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer.
• Build Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR, BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience required.
• Sponsorship available for U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates.
• We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
