[Hiring] Senior Nortridge Loan System Developer @Progressive Leasing

Role Description

Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform.

• Analyze business requirements and use a combination of engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions.
• Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality.
• Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS).
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with VBScript and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design.
• Ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and governance.
