[Hiring] Senior NetSuite Consultant @Hiring Center

Role Description

As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, your day may include:

• Gathering requirements from clients and translating them into process and system-based NetSuite solutions.
• Leading NetSuite implementations, including configurations and customizations as needed (dashboards, reports, saved searches, workflows, light scripting).
• Performing NetSuite administrative tasks.
• Cleansing and importing client data.
• Collaborating with other consultants to assess client needs, design innovative solutions, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
• Communicating client requirements with developers for potential product customizations.
• Documenting deliverables, activities, and project milestones.
• Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Successfully led 6 end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• Strong accounting knowledge or manufacturing workflow expertise.
• Advanced understanding of ERP/CRM systems and experience implementing ERP/Accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of business financials, with proven project management and documentation skills.
• Experience working directly with NetSuite users, gathering requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Client-focused, with a passion for customer service and improving client satisfaction.
• Expertise in several of the following areas:
  • ERP & Financials
  • Data & Reporting
  • Accounting & Order Processing
  • Inventory Management & Manufacturing
  • E-Commerce Integrations & WMS
  • CRM & Data Analysis

Requirements

• Experience with Advanced PDF (preferred but not required).
• Business Process Improvement experience (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration applications (e.g., Celigo) (preferred but not required).
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator certifications (preferred but not required).
