Role Description

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer (Fintech).

• Develop and maintain backend services for payment processing and the back office: reconciliation, payouts, fee calculation, settlements, and the B2B client dashboard.
• Build resilient integrations and asynchronous workflows (idempotency, outbox/inbox, sagas, retries, deduplication).
• Meet performance and reliability targets (p95/p99 latency, SLA/SLO), set up monitoring and alerting.
• Deliver tasks with AI agents, validate the generated code, add tests, and fix defects.
• Review code, keep specifications up to date, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience designing microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, AKS, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB.
• Real experience delivering tasks with AI tools or agents from task definition to a working result.
• Clean, maintainable code with tests.
• Ownership of results and open communication when something goes wrong.

Requirements

• Nice to have: payments or banking background, spec-driven development, product or startup experience, mentoring or technical leadership.
