• Native Android or iOS development experience is a plus
• Experience working in Agile software development environments using Jira, Gitflow, and modern CI/CD practices
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Interest in learning about agriculture and leveraging technology to improve farm operations

Why You'll Love This Role

• This is more than building mobile screens. You'll solve complex engineering challenges that directly impact customers around the world.
• Modernize a large-scale production React Native application
• Design reliable offline-first mobile experiences
• Build Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations with connected devices
• Improve application performance, synchronization, and reliability
