Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong DevOps expertise to design, build, and maintain our high-performance, scalable backend services. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core application development and cloud infrastructure. You will not only write clean, efficient Java code but also own the deployment pipelines, containerization, and cloud environment monitoring to ensure maximum system reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 11 / 17 or higher) and the Spring ecosystem
• Experience in backend development
• Ability to build microservices
• Experience in optimizing databases
• Ability to write clean code
• Experience in integrating systems

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Write complex SQL queries, manage database migrations, and optimize schemas for PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Apply robust object-oriented design patterns, multithreading, and concurrency handling
• Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS
