Role Description

Due to continuous growth, our Mobile Development Team is excited to welcome a Senior iOS Developer who will help us build and maintain world-class iOS applications for our innovative, industry-leading digital products.

As a Senior iOS Developer (Tech Advisor), you’ll play a vital role in shaping the mobile experience for millions of users, ensuring our apps are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you’ll be instrumental in defining and implementing best development practices and in guiding technical decisions across projects. You’ll also help us keep delivery predictable by improving planning, estimation, and execution across our roadmap.

Your Mission

• Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.
• Define and implement software development best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews) across multiple projects.
• Monitor and optimize key app performance metrics, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Develop reusable tools and components to support efficiency and consistency across our app portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define, estimate, and deliver new features and products.
• Assess and review the work of other developers (internal and external), providing clear feedback and ensuring high technical standards.
• Supervise simple backend development when needed (APIs, integrations, debugging), while keeping iOS technical standards as high as possible.
• Work closely with Product teams to define scope, estimate work, plan deliveries, and keep roadmap dates predictable.
• Promote teamwork and foster a positive, learning-oriented environment where collaboration thrives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining iOS applications.
• Deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple development best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to define and enforce development standards and ensure high code quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience (any language/technology), as a developer and/or tech lead.
• Strong communication skills, especially when working with Product teams on scope, priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery dates.
• Ability to assess and guide other developers (people management experience is not required, but a bonus).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote.
