Role Description

Challenges:

• Execute and govern integration standards defined by Solution Architecture
• Operate and manage API and integration platforms
• Ensure API and integration security
• Ensure end-to-end integration observability
• Support synchronous and asynchronous integrations
• Enable teams and vendors on integrations
• Ensure reliability and quality of integrations

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
• REST API Design and Development: OpenAPI/Swagger, API versioning, authentication patterns
• Integration in microservices architecture
• API Management with Azure APIM
• API Gateway Patterns: Rate limiting, caching, request/response transformation
• Version control with Git
• Monitoring and Observability: metrics, alerts and dashboards
• Infrastructure as a code (IaC) with Terraform

Nice to have

• API Analytics: Usage patterns, performance optimization
• Experience with SaaS integrations (SAP, Salesforce)

Soft Skills

• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, and English
• Ability to work with external partners and vendors
• Documentation and knowledge sharing capabilities
