[Hiring] Senior Fullstack Engineer @CI&T

Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of modern web applications, with a strong focus on user-facing behaviors.
• Analyze code and application execution for optimization and performance tuning.
• Be relentless in pursuit of continuous improvement.
• Help promote a culture of quality within the development team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to keep the team on the right track.

Qualifications

• Strong Programming skills using Typescript & JavaScript.
• A minimum of 6 years work experience as a software engineer.
• 4+ years of experience with a commercial cloud-based Software as a Service business.
• Extensive, demonstrable experience with modern web development technologies, including React & Typescript (ideally with experience across the full stack).
• Experience leading software design sessions, and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team setting to propose best-in-class designs for software requirements.
• Experience working with User Experience Designers to realize user interface mockups into working software, and involve all stakeholders in review processes.
• A natural attention to detail and driven to create the best possible experience for software users.
• Knowledge across the whole development lifecycle from partnership with UX design to development, unit testing, automated functional testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience working with Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including best practices related to coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
