Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about developing seamless, high-performance web applications and creating powerful, user-centered solutions, we want you to help us build the next generation of tech.

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Work across the entire stack, from frontend user interfaces to backend services and databases, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, maintaining high system performance.
• Make strategic technology decisions, including the selection of frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security at both frontend and backend levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React with Redux, NextJs).

Requirements

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks - React, NextJs, Remix.
• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture and reusable components.
• API Integration: Implement backend services, APIs, and server-side logic using Node.js.
• Collaboration: Work with UX/UI Designers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and exceptional user experiences.
• Testing & QA: Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright) and implement automated testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high-quality releases through code reviews, continuous integration, and rigorous testing practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Mentorship: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for knowledge sharing.
