Role Description

CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to support our client in building scalable, cloud-native applications. This role focuses on AWS-based microservices architecture and modern full-stack development.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Design and implement microservices architectures in AWS environments
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Proven experience with AWS and microservices architecture
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Requirements

• SME-level expertise in AWS and cloud-native development
• Strong Java backend experience (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, microservices)
• Front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, Git)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and TDD
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $78.00/hour.
