[Hiring] Senior Full Stack Engineer @Motorola Solutions

Role Description

We are looking for a FullStack Engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop services and components on this stack, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

• Drive the development of our C# backend and Angular frontend.
• Integrate PowerBI via the Embedded SDK.
• Architect scalable, multi-tenant microservices.
• Migrate functionalities from various other reporting products into our unified frontend.
• Commit to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and elegant code.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, with knowledge of its ecosystems and familiarity with the .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with Angular or a comparable modern frontend framework.
• Highly proficient in utilizing modern AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience working in layered or modular monolith architectures.
• Experience building or maintaining multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with distributed-system reliability practices and observability tooling.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
• Experience in writing unit tests to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• Evaluate and migrate features from various reporting products into Insights.
• Develop and optimize multi-tenant data access patterns using EF Core and SQL Server.
• Build and maintain cross-cutting platform capabilities.
• Contribute to frontend state management patterns using Angular and centralized state tools.
• Lead technical design and code reviews.
• Debug production issues across application, infrastructure, and data layers.
• Design, build, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor other engineers through design guidance and code review.
