[Hiring] Senior Full-Stack Developer @Launchpad Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Paasport engineering team and help build, enhance, and support integration-driven solutions connecting applications, platforms, and services across complex environments.

This role is a strong fit for an experienced Java engineer who enjoys:

You’ll work in a collaborative, remote-first environment alongside engineers, QA professionals, product stakeholders, and technical leaders.

• Start date: October 2026
• Contract type: Contractor, Indefinite, 100% Remote
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 4.00 pm PST

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java.
• Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and distributed application concepts.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling and SQL.
• Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle in production environments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a distributed, cross-functional team.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Apache Camel or similar integration frameworks (strongly preferred).
• Experience implementing enterprise integration patterns such as routing, transformation, error handling, split/aggregate, and asynchronous processing (strongly preferred).
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or third-party services (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (strongly preferred).
• Experience with messaging or event-driven architectures (strongly preferred).
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React (nice to have).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices (nice to have).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (nice to have).
