[Hiring] Senior Full Stack Developer @Globalfy

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong technical foundation to work on developing an application in the fintech / financial management space, involving external integrations and handling large volumes of data.

• Develop end-to-end features (backend and frontend);
• Build and evolve REST APIs;
• Work with data modeling and query optimization;
• Integrate with external APIs (e.g., Plaid);
• Ensure code quality, testing, and technical standards;
• Participate in architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer;
• Strong experience with Node.js + TypeScript (4+ years, including API design and production systems);
• Solid experience with React / Next.js (3+ years, building scalable frontends);
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL (data modeling and query optimization);
• Strong experience designing and maintaining REST APIs in production environments;
• Practical knowledge of authentication and security (e.g., JWT, access control, common web vulnerabilities);
• Hands-on experience with Docker (building images, running containers, managing environments);
• Good technical decision-making skills;
• Proactive problem solving skills.

Schedule

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time). The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
