Role Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer – Gen AI (ABAP & Fiori/RAP/CDS), you will design, develop, and deliver complex SAP product features while integrating GenAI and AI capabilities to drive automation and enhance customer experience. You will lead innovation initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the long‑term evolution of enterprise‑grade solutions.

• Design, develop, and deliver product features using ABAP, RAP, and CDS Views.
• Architect GenAI and AI integrations to improve automation and customer experience.
• Drive innovation through strategic initiatives and long‑term product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to co‑create impactful solutions.
• Share domain and product knowledge with your team and mentor developers.
• Provide regular progress updates to managers or project leads.

Qualifications

• You have 8+ years of experience in software application development.
• You have experience leading or guiding development teams in agile environments.

Requirements

• You are proficient in ABAP for backend logic and custom enhancements.
• You are skilled in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) for cloud‑ready applications.
• You are experienced in CDS Views for data modelling and service exposure.
• You have strong working knowledge of GenAI and AI concepts, with practical application in SAP environments.
