Role Description

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend heavy Full stack experience
• Proven track record of building end-to-end solutions independently
• Making architectural and technical decisions with minimal supervision
• Owning delivery from requirements to production

Requirements

• Claude Code Expertise
• Nextjs/React Expertise
• Any backend tech stack hands-on experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS OR Azure
• Must build end-to-end solutions independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading a small team & independently managing clients

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver frontend-heavy full stack applications from concept to production
• Own the entire SDLC, including requirement understanding, system and UI architecture, development and code reviews, deployment, and production support
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical direction and quality oversight
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including requirement discussions, architecture walkthroughs, status updates, and technical decision explanations
• Ensure applications meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment
• Take full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and solution quality

Leadership & Client Management

• Demonstrated experience leading a small engineering team
• Task planning, delegation, and technical guidance
• Code reviews and mentoring
• Proven ability to independently manage clients, including requirement gathering and clarification, setting technical expectations, and communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
