[Hiring] Senior Frontend Developer @robusta

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 5–7 years of experience building scalable, high-performance, and accessible web applications within enterprise digital platforms. This role is frontend-focused and requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, component-driven architecture, responsive UI development, and enterprise CMS integration — particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with ownership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, backend, QA, DevOps, and content teams. Experience delivering large-scale, content-rich websites and design system-driven frontend architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale or content-heavy web platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of SCSS/SASS, responsive and mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, progressive enhancement, RTL and multilingual frontend support.
• Advanced hands-on experience with React.js (preferred), Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Strong practical experience integrating frontend solutions within AEM environments.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong proficiency with Git workflows, npm/Yarn, Webpack/Vite, and browser developer tools.
• Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization, frontend performance auditing, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright.
