Role Description

As a Senior Facets Benefits Configuration Lead, you will make an impact by leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Facets solutions using ANSI SQL to support critical healthcare operations. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Technology team, working closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and scalable system configurations.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Facets solutions, including Benefit Configuration and workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on ANSI SQL and Facets-related activities.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and operational teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Facets system through regular audits and proactive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain configuration and workflow documentation to support ongoing operations and audits.
• Perform testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ANSI SQL and Facets configurations.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Participate in project planning, providing estimates for technical tasks and deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution performance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to provide status updates and address risks or concerns.
• Ensure all technical implementations adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ANSI SQL, including use in complex healthcare data environments.
• Extensive experience with Facets Workflow and Benefit Configuration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
• A track record of leading technical initiatives and delivering high‑quality results.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise-scale Facets implementations or enhancements.
