Role Description

As a Senior Developer – Platform Operations at CI&T, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise digital platforms supporting North American business operations.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the night shift.
• Provide hands-on production support and troubleshoot escalated website issues.
• Ensure seamless platform operations while working closely with content publishing teams, non-technical stakeholders, and global teams.
• Diagnose and resolve site-level issues involving modern frontend applications, headless CMS platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in React, Next.js, Contentful, and GitHub Actions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and operational ownership.
• Ability to work independently during non-overlapping regional hours.

Requirements

• Core Tech Stack: React | Next.js | Contentful | GitHub Actions | Third-Party Integrations | CI/CD
• Experience supporting, maintaining, and debugging modern frontend applications.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting headless CMS configurations.
• Experience with automated builds, deployments, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
• Ability to trace and troubleshoot data flows between frontend applications and third-party APIs.
• Experience with application support and production troubleshooting.
