Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically curious Associate Workday Integration & Extend Developer who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn modern enterprise application development. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical mindset, enjoys experimenting with new technologies, and wants to build solutions that connect Workday with other enterprise platforms. You will work alongside experienced architects and developers to design integrations, automate business processes, and build innovative applications using the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
• Learn and work with Workday technologies such as:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Core Connectors
  • Workday Web Services and APIs
  • Workday Extend
  • Workday Orchestrate
• Develop and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
• Write and maintain code, scripts, and automation solutions using JavaScript, Python, and JSON.
• Assist in building custom applications and user experiences using Workday Extend.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Explore new technologies, tools, and approaches to continuously improve solutions and processes.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in Workday in Integration Consultant capacity.
• Basic programming knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • JavaScript
  • Python
  • JSON/XML
• Understanding of APIs, web services, or system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Interest in enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Workday or other ERP/HCM platforms.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience from internships, academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving application development or integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, cloud technologies, or Agile methodologies.
• Interest in low-code/no-code development and business process automation.

Certifications

• Workday Integration Certification (if already obtained)
• Workday Extend Certification (good to have)
• Workday Orchestrate Certification (good to have)
