Role Description

RBCI is seeking a Senior Developer to lead software development, modernization, integration, testing, and deployment efforts supporting MEDXS operational capabilities. The selected candidate will provide technical leadership while developing secure, mission-focused solutions for medical information systems. This position is remote.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Lead enhancement and modernization initiatives.
• Develop interfaces and system integrations.
• Support Agile software development activities.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement secure coding practices.
• Resolve software defects and production issues.
• Produce technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of software development experience.
• Experience developing enterprise applications.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Experience supporting Federal or DoD environments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
