By joining us as a Data Engineer, you will have a pivotal role in large projects, bringing your data modelling and engineering expertise to help us meet our high delivery standards.

How you will contribute to the company

• Join the Self Service Analytics team, part of our data engineering community (20+ people) within our dynamic Data department (50+ people).
• Collaborate with data analysts to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable models and data services.
• Model data as a product and shape how it is structured in our data lake across our medallion architecture.
• Build and maintain our data analytics platform, handling data ingestion, validation and establishing data as a core part of our production systems.
• Contribute to our data governance initiatives, helping to maintain our data catalogue and uphold high standards of data quality and compliance.
• Help design and implement data solutions, including ETL pipelines, batch processing systems, and data warehousing.
• Work alongside other data engineering teams focused on streaming and infrastructure, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
