Role Description

This role involves building Zeroboard’s cognitive engine—a serverless AI platform that connects customer data with Generative AI to enhance the Customer Success team’s effectiveness.

• The Data Foundation: Architect and deploy the "Customer 360" warehouse in BigQuery. Configure serverless pipelines to ingest live data from various sources.
• The AI Layer: Build and orchestrate Vertex AI Agents that can "chat" with data. Write system prompts, set up Vector Search for PDF documents, and ensure agents don't hallucinate.
• The Glue: Write efficient Python Cloud Functions and Cloud Run services to handle tasks like parsing meeting transcripts or triggering webhooks based on churn risk signals.
• The Interface: Set up Looker Studio dashboards that connect internal teams directly to BigQuery models.

Requirements

• A "Cloud Native" Builder: Comfortable with managed services and Terraform for reproducible infrastructure.
• Data Polyglot: Fluent in SQL for BigQuery transformation and Python for glue code; understands the importance of "Clean Data."
• GenAI Curious: Eager to work with Gemini/Vertex AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG patterns.
• Startup Scrappy: Prioritizes "Time to Value" and prefers quick iterations over perfect solutions.
