Role Description

We are looking for a CyberArk PAM Engineer to onboard, configure, automate and support privileged access solutions across enterprise environments. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on security engineer with strong expertise in CyberArk PAM, privileged account onboarding, custom CPM and PSM integrations, automation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• CyberArk PAM Onboarding & Administration
  • Onboard privileged accounts and applications into the CyberArk PAM platform
  • Configure and maintain CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM and Digital Vault
  • Support privileged account lifecycle activities across enterprise applications and infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot password rotation, reconciliation and privileged account management issues
  • Ensure reliable and consistent integration of privileged accounts with CyberArk PAM
• CPM & PSM Development
  • Configure and troubleshoot CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM) components
  • Develop and customize CPM plugins for applications requiring non-standard password-management processes
  • Develop and configure PSM connection components for non-standard applications and access scenarios
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity, authentication and session-management issues
  • Adapt CyberArk integrations to different application, infrastructure and protocol requirements
• Automation & Enterprise Integration
  • Automate privileged account onboarding and administration processes using CyberArk REST APIs
  • Develop automation and operational scripts using PowerShell and/or Python
  • Integrate CyberArk PAM with enterprise systems, applications and infrastructure components
  • Work with protocols and access technologies including SSH, RDP and REST-based integrations
  • Support scalable and repeatable onboarding processes across multiple systems and applications
• Troubleshooting & Collaboration
  • Investigate and resolve CyberArk platform, authentication, password-management and privileged-session issues
  • Troubleshoot integrations across Windows and Linux environments
  • Analyze network, protocol and authentication-related issues affecting privileged access
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security and application teams during onboarding and incident resolution
  • Communicate technical findings, dependencies and remediation steps clearly to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions
• Strong practical experience with CyberArk PVWA, CPM, PSM and Digital Vault
• Proven experience developing custom CyberArk CPM plugins and/or PSM connection components
• Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Python
• Experience automating CyberArk processes using REST APIs
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux administration
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms and network protocols
• Hands-on experience with SSH, RDP and enterprise system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively with infrastructure, security and application teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional English proficiency

Nice to Have

• CyberArk Defender, Sentry or equivalent current CyberArk certifications
• Experience implementing CyberArk REST API automation at scale
• Experience with cloud privileged access integrations
• Experience working in banking, financial services or another regulated enterprise environment
