[Hiring] Senior Boomi Integration Developer & Architecture Lead @IT Tech Hub

Role Description

IT Tech Hub (ITH) is looking for a Senior Boomi Integration Developer & Architecture Lead to join our team and support one of our clients. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining integration architecture with active development in Dell Boomi. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of complex enterprise integrations while remaining deeply involved in designing, building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Boomi solutions.

The integration environment includes:

• NetSuite
• SAP Business One
• CRM platforms
• APIs
• B2B/EDI integrations

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop complex integrations using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Own end-to-end integration architecture, technical standards, and integration patterns.
• Build reusable Boomi processes, components, frameworks, and shared services.
• Integrate enterprise platforms including NetSuite, SAP Business One, CRM systems, APIs, and B2B/EDI platforms.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk, JSON, XML, SFTP, and AS2.
• Develop EDI integrations using standards such as X12 and EDIFACT.
• Create custom integration solutions using Groovy, JavaScript, or Java when needed.
• Design solutions for event-driven, asynchronous, batch, and real-time integrations.
• Implement scalable error handling, logging, monitoring, alerting, and retry strategies.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, data-quality problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, or application integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi.
• Advanced experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including process development, mapping, APIs, scripting, and reusable components.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Strong experience integrating ERP, CRM, SaaS, APIs, and B2B/EDI platforms.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or SAP Business One.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
• Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, or Java.
• Knowledge of integration security including OAuth 2.0, SAML, mTLS, PGP, HTTPS, SFTP, and AS2.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production integrations.
• Strong English communication skills.

Requirements

• Nice to Have: Boomi Professional Developer Certification.
• Nice to Have: Boomi Integration Architect Certification.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with API Management, monitoring, observability, and integration governance.

Important

This is not a purely strategic architecture role. We are specifically looking for a hands-on Boomi expert who is comfortable spending significant time developing integrations while also owning architecture and technical direction.
