Role Description

We are now looking to grow our engineering team and looking for a Senior Backend Ruby Developer to be involved in developing, maintaining SaaS applications. In this position you will:

• Be proactive with exceptional knowledge of product and team building.
• Be a problem solver; gather relevant information to make informed choices.
• Provide technical direction on projects, pair programming, or assisting other developers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a backend Ruby on Rails engineer.
• Worked on large (HA) SaaS applications.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in using AI.
• Building APIs with asynchronous processing (background jobs, queues).
• Writing high-quality, well-tested code.
• Solving real technical challenges (performance, scalability, data complexity).
• Passion; proactive and passionate about fixing and improving things.
• Curiosity; desire to know how things work and why.
• A great sense of responsibility.
• Reliable high-speed internet for daily standup via Google Meet.
