[Hiring] Senior Backend Developer @DOHE Europe LTD

Role Description

This role involves establishing the design system on a modern framework and building the entire frontend for five portals plus EdTech Hub.

• Build all 5 portals and EdTech Hub frontend from scratch
• Establish a shared component library and Design System
• Implement role-based access control and authentication integration
• Develop complex workflow UIs — multi-step approval, coaching sessions, diagnosis questionnaires
• Build AI integration screens — report viewer, expert matching, recording uploads
• Create monitoring dashboards, cohort tracking, and analytics views

Qualifications

• Senior backend engineer experiences
• Python backend development experiences
• Large-scale DB schema design and operations
• RESTful API design and large-scale service architecture
• Authentication/authorization system integration or scaling experience
• Business-level English fluency required — daily collaboration with a global team

• Architect mind — ability to design the overall system structure before coding
• Builder — excitement for building new systems from scratch rather than maintaining legacy systems

• AI native — regularly uses AI coding tools and open to integration with AI pipelines
