[Hiring] Senior AWS Developer @NeuraFlash

Role Description

The AWS Sr. Developer executes and implements complex solution designs by leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The Sr. AWS Developer should have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript. This individual is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This position is focused on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping to identify customer requirements and processes
• Provide technical details and solutions for functional User Stories
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
• Hands-on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principles
• Lead a development team in distributing tasks and performing code reviews
• Deliver technical end user training and documentation
• Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead technical role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on programming (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
• Experience building integrations across multiple systems, REST APIs
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with Cloudformation, AWS CDK, and Lambda Integrations
• Logging experience with Cloudwatch for troubleshooting
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect
• In the absence of Amazon Connect experience, the below are preferred:
• Experience with AWS services commonly used in Connect solutions: DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3
• Experience building Contact Centers with other technologies

Nice to haves

• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
• Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
• Experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
• AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional
• AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Compensation

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

• California Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300 USD
• Cleveland Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $213,000 USD
• Colorado Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
• District of Columbia Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
• Illinois Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $230,000 USD
• Maryland Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
• Massachusetts Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $245,000 USD
• Minnesota Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD
• New York / New Jersey Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $266,300 USD
• Washington Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD
