Role Description

The SAP Fiori Functional Consultant works with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional designs for SAP Fiori applications. This role focuses on designing user experiences and workflows for mobile and browser-based SAP applications used in retail or operational environments. The consultant collaborates with developers and technical teams to ensure functional specifications are properly implemented while maintaining alignment with SAP Fiori design standards and enterprise architecture. You will be writing functional specs to hand over to developers; however, you will only be focused on the front-end consumption, not the backend requirements of what the system does.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
• Design SAP Fiori application workflows and user interfaces aligned with SAP UX principles
• Define screen layouts, user interactions, and functional behavior for Fiori applications
• Ensure applications are optimized for mobile devices and handheld scanners
• Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver applications based on functional designs
• Participate in testing cycles including unit testing and user acceptance testing
• Support deployment and post go live enhancements

Qualifications

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications
• Understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise workflows
• Experience working with SAP development teams
• Ability to write functional specifications for SAP enhancements
• Retail or store operations experience
• Experience designing applications for handheld or mobile devices
• Familiarity with Zebra handheld devices or warehouse scanners
• Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance (US citizenship)

Compensation

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
